Rachel McNeely is an Indiana Registered Paralegal with over 25 years’ experience in the legal field. Rachel is a New Haven native with roots in the Yoder/Ossian area. She was conferred an Associate Degree in Paralegal Science, an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Criminal Justice from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Rachel is a former adjunct faculty professor in the Paralegal/Legal Studies Program at Ivy Tech Community College

Rachel is a member of the Indiana Paralegal Association and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, serves on the Ivy Tech Paralegal/Legal Studies Program Advisory Board and the New Haven Football Boosters Board of Directors (Go Bulldogs!).
